Returns
Unused products in their original, unfitted condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us first on WhatsApp to arrange the return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Tyres or wheels that have been fitted, used or damaged after delivery.
- Special-order or custom items.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund is processed to your original payment method or as store credit, typically within a few business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or brand? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll help arrange an exchange where possible.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.
